Our goal is for you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. We value you and we will always make it right!

Please request your return within 14 days of receiving your item. Any returned items must make it back to us within 30 days. 

 

+ all unwashed/unworn items may be returned for a store credit

+ please make sure that all returned items are as you purchased - free of stains, pet hair, deodorant and all tags are attached. Any items that do not meet our return policy will be rejected.

+ sale items are FINAL SALE and ineligible for return

+ if you are LOCAL to the Grande Prairie area, return drop off is an option

 

**your STORE CREDIT will be emailed to you in the form of an e-gift card after we receive your return - minus taxes and any discounts

EXCHANGES

We are unable to guarantee exchanges on items. If you see the item is available in the size you want please order it and return your incorrect size, we will refund you for the returned size.

 

** if you received a defective item please email us a photo of the defect within 48 hours of confirmed delivery so we can take care of you, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase
